How do I ensure my Grand Seiko is authentic?

Every timepiece purchased through the Grand Seiko Official Boutique comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a completed warranty card. Each watch features a unique serial number engraved on the case back, which is registered in our global database.

What is your shipping policy for high-value timepieces?

We offer complimentary, fully insured express shipping on all domestic orders. To ensure the security of your purchase, all deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival and are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging.

What is the return policy for online purchases?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact. Please note that watches with resized bracelets are not eligible for return.

How long is the Grand Seiko international warranty?

All Grand Seiko watches purchased from our official boutique are covered by a five-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use.

Do you offer complimentary bracelet resizing?

Yes, we provide complimentary bracelet sizing at the time of purchase. Simply provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout. We will include any removed links in your shipment.
